Students and lecturers from the University of Vigo (Spain), the University of Minho (Portugal), and the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain) gathered today at the Faculty of Education and Sport Sciences, Pontevedra Campus, University of Vigo, to celebrate this year's edition of the EMLex Wiktionary Hackfest.

Last week, EMLex proudly participated in the EURALEX XXI conference in Cavtat, Croatia. The conference gathered lexicographers, linguistic experts and IT professionals from around the world to explore cutting-edge research and developments in these fields.
During the event, María José Domínguez and Luke Akinremi presented their work, The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Lexicography - EMJM-EMLex: New Developments and Goals, in a poster session. Their presentation shed light on the evolving nature of the EMLex programme and its future objectives.

The EMLex team at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), along with the entire EMLex family, warmly welcomes the new and 3rd-semester students who will be studying at FAU for the Winter Semester 2024/25. An onboarding session with the EMLex director, Dr Christine Ganslmayer, was held on October 2nd.
